t-3 days

Soooo in about 3 days I'll be on my way to the otherside of the world. Surprisingly I'm almost packed and after a few last minute errands, I'm now stocked with a couple hours worth of magazines, "appropriate" shorts, and enough pepto bismol to supply the entire trip. At least if anyone has nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach or diarrhea hey pepto bismol! (do the dance, you know you want to), we'll be covered. After going to the bank and alerting them that I'll be spending lots of moolah in Tokyo, Japan and all over Taiwan, it's starting to set in that I'm actually going-pretty weird to think about..but exciting! Unfortunately the weather report for the next ten days in Taipei is hot (low 80s) and rainy. Wonder if my fishy rain boots would go over well over there? probably swimmingly (hah!), but I don't think I'll try to jam them in the suitcase that I haven't packed yet..oops! But really, the monsoon forecast is seriously deterring me from bringing my straightener. decisions decisions...
